"Projeto me instrua!" is a brazilian feminist and body-positive Instagram account that educates people about menstruation and demystifies misogynistic and prejudiced notions about the uterus and its biology. It is also pro lgbtqia+ and considers the differences between biological sex, gender and sexual orientation, including trans and non-binary people in their speech. In addition to that the project would also help raise funds to NPOs and institutions that figth menstrual poverty.
