A Day in the Life is a short film that portraits the anxiety that I and a lot of other artists feel when overwhelmed by social media. For me it is a dilmena: though social media can be a great place to find inspiration, most of the time it only leads to me comparing myself to those that are showing their work online. The need to produce something that comes after looking at other people's work not always come from a place of inspiration, but either the feeling of needing to be productive, since everyone else seems to be constantly creating things. That eventually leads to frustration and self criticism, feelings that I have to deal with very often.
